Holding Complexity Through Lived and Professional Experience

This work is my labour of love—a calling that comes directly from my lived experience combined with my professional background.

I name what so many live through in silence: high-conflict abuse, post-separation violence, and systems that are insufficient and make things harder rather than smoother. My specialty is working with high complexity, where legal, financial, emotional, and social pressures intersect, often quite painfully.

An Ally in Your Corner

My role is simple: I am in your corner as an ally and companion, compassionately helping with emotional processing, logistics, and practical aspects so you don’t have to do arduous processes alone.

What Trauma-Informed Coaching Really Looks Like

I’m not a therapist or lawyer. I’m your trauma-informed coach. When we work together, we start with exactly where you are, and we move forward from the present moment to increase safety, wellness, and activate functional opportunities.

Showing Up for the Complexity

In my own incredibly brutal divorce, which was actually post-separation abuse, I experienced immense complexity firsthand. As such, I understand, and know how to help bolster women who are depleted, exhausted, isolated, and overwhelmed by challenges. I created The Mother Corp so that women have effective wholesome support during complexity. I am ready to problem-solve, think through the mess, lessen conflict, and find viable options forward.

Meeting Practical Needs in Real Time

When I work with clients, I’m focused on what’s practical and useful to alleviate stressors. Sometimes we’re drafting letters, coordinating care, or troubleshooting within complex systems, and sometimes we’re just making space to safely feel anger, to grieve, or to sit with the big feelings arising.

This service is built to be responsive—if something urgent is coming up, you can talk to someone who "gets it: quickly. The last client I onboarded took 35 minutes; prior to that, it was 1.5 hours. I know that by my clients find me they have likely have their plates full. Someone coming in without waitlists and barriers makes a substantial difference.

Easing the Burden in Crisis

Having to educate people in the midst of a crisis adds another layer of burden. You don’t have to educate me about how power dynamics, institutional insufficiencies, or heartbreak work—I get it. That means you have an ally and can spend your energy on the task at hand, problem-solving, and navigating forward, instead of having to explain yourself hoping someone will understand.

Confidential, Personalized Support

The session is confidential and personalized to you. It is your time for any aspect of support you need. Whether it be crying, venting, or problem-solving or strategizing how to untangle complexity, we will address the pressing issues during our time together.

Nervous-System Tools That Make a Difference

We live in our bodies. As such, I weave somatics and nervous-system tools into everything—breathwork, grounding, tapping—because trauma recovery techniques help us ground and get empowered.

Self-preservation is well beyond bubble baths. It’s cellular. It’s about rest, nutrient-dense food, movement, and having concrete tools you can use anywhere—having non-recognizable tools that you can utilize at the grocery store lineup or at the lawyer’s office so that you can ground and regulate as called for. A important aspect of surviving and recovering is taking care of yourself, fundamentally.

Creating Tangible Progress Together

Every client comes with a unique situation, but most are navigating divorce, burnout, identity shifts, health challenges—and often living through or with trauma. I help the women I work with break things into manageable steps, so you can make tangible forward progress. I help you fast track reclaiming your agency, with as much compassion and practical support as possible.

The Heart of My Work: Love and Transformation

The ultimate underpinning of my work is love.

I know transformation is possible.

I know we can and do digest and metabolize immense complexity and carve out new, viable options for ourselves where we thrive.
