Join trauma-informed Coach Chavisa Horemans for a 90-minute workshop designed to help participants spot warning signs early and date with confidence.

In this trauma-informed workshop you’ll learn how to:

Recognize red flag behaviours—both overt and implicit
Spot patterns that indicate boundary transgressions and abuse
Discern trustworthy people from potentially harmful ones
Protect yourself early on
Read dating profiles and be able to identify red flags

This workshop is for women, nonbinary, and transfemme

people who are:

  • Single and considering future dating​
  • Single, dating, and struggling to find aligned partners
  • Experiencing boundary challenges
  • Working to build confidence discerning trustworthy people from untrustworthy people.

I am a trauma-informed Coach and Consultant committed to advancing women’s safety and wellness. I specialize in Divorce, Coparenting, and Chronic Health Coaching for women navigating high-conflict disputes.

I’d love to help you safeguard yourself and share  evidence-based research with you—in plain language—to help equip you to recognize patterns of abuse faster.
 
My aim is to help you avoid abusive and violent people and relationships (say hallelujah!)

I always build somatics and fundamental self-care into all my work because the better our relationship is with ourselves, the better we can negotiate healthy relationships for ourselves.
