Trauma-Informed Training to Empower and Support School Workers, Educators, & PACS

profile with gold dots_AI image.png
You work with some children and families who are struggling.

Every day, school staff and parent leaders provide crucial support for kids facing tough circumstances—divorce, conflict, trauma, and other complexities. These challenges can affect classroom behaviour, student wellbeing, and the workload of those who care for them.

My specialized educational workshops help your school community identify signs of trauma, respond effectively, and build resilience together. Through

hands-on practice, and plain-language neurobiology, you will strengthen communication, de-escalation, and support strategies that benefit students, families, you and your team.

Whether you’re part of the teaching staff, admin, support team, or your school’s Parent Advisory Committee, you’ll leave with practical skills and real tools to help everyone thrive.

The Mother Corp Educational Workshops teach you—and your team—to identify and effectively support complex high-conflict and trauma early on, intervene effectively to support deescalation, and use somatic skills to support people experiencing trauma.

"The owner of The Mother Corp. is a dynamic and engaging presenter who brings a calming vibe and a wealth of knowledge to her work. In her professional development session with me and my school colleagues, she took an erudite and research-driven approach to helping us explore how we can better understand and support our students as they navigate the complexities they are facing in their personal lives. In the session she led with my colleagues on hidden abuse, she was able to first get us centered and in the right frame of mind to explore the challenging topic, give us a background in the academic literature and brain science, and then explore the nexus between her work and ours through examples and case studies drawn from the discussion. Whether you are a school, social service organization, non-profit or business,  The Mother Corp. would be an able guide to helping develop organizational competencies that improve how an organization supports its people in a meaningful and trauma-informed way."
